Privacy & media use

Use of photos for promoting the school

What Orlens does with photos you upload to AI Review

Why we ask for consent

When you upload a photo for AI Review, the image is stored securely in our system. We ask for explicit consent up front for two uses:

  • Non-commercial marketing of the Orlens school — anonymised before/after examples, gallery posts, blog and group content, all in service of the educational story.
  • Improving the AI critique — pairing critiques with the source image lets us tune the model. Your photo is not used to train an external foundation model (Anthropic, OpenAI, etc.) — only internally.

What we will not do

  • We will not sell the image or share it with any third party that doesn't have a defined Orlens marketing role.
  • No commercial use — paid advertising, product packaging, stock libraries are not permitted under this consent.
  • No personally identifiable display — if you are identifiable in the photo (face, distinctive features), it won't be published without separate explicit approval.
  • EXIF metadata and location data won't be shared externally.

How to withdraw

You can withdraw consent at any time from your account page. From that moment on we won't use new photos for promotion. Photos already published will be removed within 14 working days on request — email y0585721989@gmail.com.

Photos already uploaded

Consent applies from the moment you give it. Existing uploads will fall under the same scope once you opt in. You can request full deletion of any image at any time via the email above.

Image retention

Images follow the account-tier retention policy (14–180 days depending on plan). The critique itself is always preserved; only the underlying image is removed. Permanent retention is available with the AI Review Pro add-on.
