Terms of Service

Orlens is a photography education platform owned by Yonatan Halperin (authorized dealer / Osek Murshe ע.מ. 302671797, Israel). These terms govern use of the site and services.

1. Acceptance

Creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or using any part of the site constitutes binding agreement to these terms.

2. Eligibility

Service is for users 18 and older. Minors may use it only with written parental consent.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for password secrecy and all account activity. Account sharing is prohibited.

4. Course Content

All videos, exercises, transcripts, and graphics are owned by the company and copyright protected. Your license is personal and non-transferable. Recording, downloading, distributing, or commercially reusing the content is prohibited.

5. Payments

Prices are listed on the Pricing page and include VAT. Billing through PayPlus. We do not store card data. Subscriptions auto-renew. You may cancel anytime in your account.

6. Cancellation & Refunds

See Refund Policy. Israeli consumer law provides a 14-day cooling-off period.

7. Acceptable Use

No automated scraping, no concurrent multi-IP login, no reverse engineering, no upload of harmful or illegal content to AI Review.

8. Limitation of Liability

Service is provided as-is. We make no business-outcome guarantees. Liability capped at the amount you paid in the prior 12 months.

9. Intellectual Property

Photos uploaded to AI Review remain yours. Marketing-use consent is governed by Media Consent.

10. Changes to Terms

Material changes will be emailed at least 14 days in advance. Continued use = acceptance.

11. Governing Law

Israeli law governs. Exclusive jurisdiction: Tel Aviv courts.
