Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Summary
14-day cooling-off period from purchase — full refund, no questions. Cancel anytime in your account; renewal stops. Cohort sales have stricter rules — see §4.
2. Cooling-Off (14 days)
Per Israeli consumer protection regulations, you have 14 days from purchase to cancel and receive a full refund — even if you used the service. Email billing@orlens.co.il with subject "Cool-off cancellation" — refunded within 14 business days.
3. Subscription Cancellation
From /account. Monthly: next renewal stops. Annual: same. No partial refund for unused months (except §5).
4. Cohort (e.g. 8-week Business)
- Before cohort starts: full refund within 14-day cool-off.
- 7+ days before start: full refund.
- Within 7 days of start: 50% refund.
- After start: no refund. Transfer to next cohort possible for nominal fee.
5. Service Outage
Outage 72+ hours: pro-rata credit on next bill. 14+ day outage on annual: cancel with pro-rata refund of unused term.
6. Non-Refundable Cases
Terms violation, account sharing/fraud, or material consumption during cool-off (§7).
7. Material Use During Cool-Off
Israeli law allows deduction of up to 5% (or ₪100, whichever is lower) if 50%+ of content was consumed within the cool-off window.
8. AI Review Refunds
Used reviews are non-refundable. Remaining quota carries through paid period.
9. How Refunds Are Processed
Refunded to original payment method within 14 business days. Issues: billing@orlens.co.il.
10. Disputes
We try to resolve amicably. Israeli Consumer Protection Authority: gov.il/consumer.
